DuoRomano is a flute and clarinet duo consisting of Charlene Romano on flutes and John Romano on clarinets. The name DuoRomano was bestowed upon us by our first benefactor. He was arranging (and paying for) a few recital venues and asked what we would like to call ourselves for promotional material. We both just stared blankly at each other. Sensing the agonizing and time consuming decision of coming up with a name right then, he promptly announced "DuoRomano it is, then." And here we are.
